Hello all,
I currently own a Sportsman 1230, which is sold directly through Lowes. I purchased the grill approximately 2yrs ago. I primarily use the propane side for convenience and the pellet side for special cookouts. Recently, all 3 of my gas burners developed a condition where 80% of the flame is coming from the rear section of the grill. Upon inspection, I discovered that all 3 burners are literally disintegrating and they have developed large cavities in the burner tubes. It's remarkably consistent across all 3 leading me to believe this is related to the grill design. I referenced my owners manual for replacement part info but the burners or any related parts aren't listed. There is nothing on the official Pitboss website either. I was able to source new burners from Amazon, however there are 3 brackets mounted to the rear part of the grill drum that support the burners. The brackets broke apart when removing the screws. For the life of me, I can't find these brackets anywhere. I paid almost $1000 for this grill and it's quickly becoming a disappointment. Does anyone have any idea on how to get the parts I need?
