I'm with you. I smoked a full brisket overnight last night for St.Patricks dinner today. No corned beef here

had an "interuption" today and it sucks!!! The auger tube started to catch fire right after I wrapped @ 165. After cleaning it out and restarting, I decided to wrap in foil and put in oven.And now my Meater App wont let me monitor the temp. Have to do manual readings
This St Paddy's day corned beef went in the crock pot with cabbage, last corned beef I smoked I did the pastrami thing, However since they were on sale the better half bought a few so next one will be just a plain ole smoked corned beef.
