Screen flashes to a different mode while cooking

I noticed something new today about my 850 Pro. My screen changed briefly to smoke mode and the timer feature appeared also. I was also running the app so I’m not sure if that influenced anything or not. It only appeared for a second then went back to normal. Anyone else ever see this? Fwiw I didn’t have a temperature set on my meat probe. I know this will automatically make the smoker go to smoke when a specific temperature has been reached.

I just called Pittboss and they said this is ok. Some type of glitch but it is correcting itself so they said don’t worry about it. Hope that helps anyone else who may notice their smoker doing the same thing.
