Series 3 Shutting down at 350 deg

I have had my series 3 pellet smoker for a couple of years. Since new it has just totally shut down at 350deg F regardless of the setting on the controller. Even when brand new when I was trying to do the first burn it happened. I keep the unit very clean and only use Pit Boss pellets. It doesn't matter how I try to run the temp up when the internal temp hits 350Deg F it just shuts down electrically. Any ideas

Sounds like a controller issue.
I clean mine after each cook including the temperature sensor
Hopefully your plugged straight into the outlet

PB seems pretty easy going replacing controllers. Might try giving them a call.

I was thinking the controller was probably the issue but just wanted another opinion, and Yeah I clean mine after each use as well. I am confident that is not the problem.
