Series 5 is shutting off buy itself

I just bought a new series 5. Went to do the first burn off and about 15 minutes into it the smoker just shut off. Any ideas why?

Welcome from Texas to the group!
If it’s plugged into a gfi plug check that.
If not then you may have a controller issue
