Doing smaller size pork loins today
Planning on smoking for 2-3 hours at 225 with occasional spritzing
Target internal temp 145
Don’t want to overcook.
Sound like a plan?

I oil em up, salt pepper garlic, home made rub, throw em on high smoke @ 250 & cook to 140 internal temp. Pull em off and foil wrap for 20 min. Perfect every time 👌🏼😎. Also use any kind of fruit pellets - usually apple. Lowe’s had the spring blend this year that was really nice - apple / pecan. Happy Smokin’ bro 🍻
