Smoke coming from Hopper

Been getting a lot of smoke coming out of hopper last few cooks, any reasons as to why and what can I do to fix it. Thanks

It’s open never cook without it open.

Dump all of your pellets out and prime it until all of the pellets are out of the auger.
Sift pellets through a colander then put them back in the hopper, fire it up and see what you get.
Sounds like a bunch of pellet dust causing this issue

I sift before I put them in already but I’ll try it again definitely gonna empty and blow out the auger.

I’d remove everything and vacuum it out
