Smoke coming out, temp not coming up!!

So I’m having an issue with my pitboss. I set the temp for 375 and it has been hovering at 84 for like 20-25 minutes….but there is some smoke coming out. It just seemed that the pellets just built up near the igniter but only a few were smoking. Anyone have these issues before? I’m pretty pissed!

Alls good. Don’t panic. Could you hear pellets hittin the firebox?
If so I’d turn it off , unplug it and plug it back in. Are your pellets dry or moist?

Yes, I actually took the grill grates off and could see the pellets being pushed into the firebox…and a few pellets hitting the igniter. Then it would just fill up with pellets but no fire.

Hate to say it but it’s probably the igniter. Call pitboss support
