Smoke or temp?

I have a new pit boss 456D. If I use the "smoke" setting , how do I maintain the desired temperature setting?

I believe with the P button. Look in the manual, it's in there.

Smoke is smoke. I don't believe there's a temp setting per sae for that. It's kinda pre-programmed.
