I have had a Lexington for a few months and it has ran just fine. However, last night I started it and it kept powering off after a few minutes. I cooked the turkey on Thanksgiving and all was intact. Do I just simply need to clean it or is there more to it? Has anyone experienced this?

I have a Lexington and have not had your problem. You could check your power connection. If you are using a GFCI you could try a regular connection. Beyond that I would call Customer Support and see if a new controller is in order. I changed mine in about an hour.

Clean it. Check all of your connections and see what happens
I clean mine after each cook
Hopefully it’s not a controller issue
Hopefully this helps you 🇺🇸🇺🇸
