Smoker Stops after 1 minute

I have a Pitboss vertical smoker and it has been very reliable. Just recently, it stops after running for about 1 minute (totally shuts down). I can hear the auger and fan running so I can't figure it out. I can keep it running if I hold the "on" button continuously but that obviously isn't a sustainable solution. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your connections
When’s the last time you cleaned the temperature sensor?
Could be the controller

I fully cleaned the sensor - the unit runs for roughly 30 secs and then shuts down. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Sounds like a controller issue
Check all of your connections
If alls good there then call pitboss support for a new one. It’s under warranty
