I have a PB1250CS, is it better to start grill and run up to the 350 degree mark then dial the temperature back to 190 degrees or set temperature at 190 degrees at the beginning? Having a hard time to get lower temp to stabilize, sometimes temp drops down 20 degrees then I have to crank temp up a bit to get it to target temp.
