Suggestions for Marinated Skirt Steak

Good morning everyone.

Once again I want to try something new. I bought 5 pounds of top sirloin skirt steak that has been marinating in a wonderful teriyaki mixture for about 12 hours. I am planning on making this tonight and need some suggestions.

Thanks for the tip. Seems like smoking is similar to my fifth wheel, new gadgets every day I didn't know I needed!
