Afternoon All,
I'm a repeat PitBoss customer and glad I found this forum. Looking for any suggestions/recommendations to an ongoing challenge I'm having with my PBV4PS2. Purchased last August, the one item missing from the box was the bracket to hold the firepot in so called PB CustServ and was told it would ship within a week. When it didn't arrive, I was told 2 weeks and fast forward to today, I'm still waiting for the piece. Anyone else have this issue? Any recommendations on what I could do to remedy? The smoker is useless without this part and I'm hopeful that it'll arrive soon. Obviously didn't take back to Lowes since I'm counting on PB to take care of it but they are stating the challenge is with the supply chain issues. Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated.

Put them on blast on their Twitter page. Worked for me. And daily calls.
 
I waited months for a replacement controller. Hope you have better luck. I understand shipping problems but maybe they need to manufacture their own parts rather than depending on some 3rd world country. I'd keep calling.
