i'd like to make summer sausage in my series 4 vertical smoker, but need to start smoking at temps as low as 120-130. is there a way to run at these low temps?
A vertical doesn't hvae the P setting. I have used the smoke setting on my vertical is higher than 120, usually around 145-150. You best best is to start off with an AmazeN pellet tube for the first few hours and cold smoke them.
