Temp issues please help!

So I have a 440D that I have owned for 3 years and has now developed the problem of getting to temp but when the temp starts dropping past the set temp it feeds more pellets but doesn’t register the temp heating up. I replaced the control panel and it still is acting up.

Is it getting hotter? If it feeds more pellets, and the fire gets bigger, I would expect it to get hotter inside. If it isn't, did the fire go out? You can test it with an empty grill so you can watch the flame pot.

When you replace the controller did you replace (RTD) grill probe along with it?
