Temperature knob

When you press in on the knob, does the numbers start to blink? If they do that's when you turn the knob to the desire temperature, then hit the knob again and it'll lock in the temperature. If nothing is blinking it might be a bad controller.
Yes it blinks but the temp won't change

It's time to call customer support for a new controller.
It's not even a year old yet .. what a shame
They make things to break. It’s sad but true
Just an update... I contacted CS they were on the ball and super helpful .. figured out it was a bad control panel I was sent a replacement got it in about a week and installed myself.. was super easy . Removed a few screws connect 3 wires and done. Works like new!! Ty
