Temperature not getting hot

You set it at say 350 it will take 1 hour to reach that if you are lucky. Ash tray is clean and out side temp is 75.

Mine is a PB850PS2 (PB 850 Pro).

My model is different so this may/not apply but when I had that issue it was due to pellets getting clogged up by dust.

Guess I will pull my auger apart this week end and give it a good cleaning just in case that is the issue.

In my case, the dust jam was at the bottom of the hopper where the pellets enter the auger tube. So the auger was doing it’s thing but nothing was falling down.
Once I cleaned that out the pellets were properly fed and all is good.
To get a temp boost I’ll hit the prime button if needed.
