Ever since September witj the new update I don't get any sound notification when grill or food reaches the set temp. I also can't even get into notifications...keep getting unable to sync to settings. When I go into my phone settings everything that needs to be is turned on. I ba e called pitboss and of course they are udeless. The girl who I talked to asked me what version I had I told her I then said is that the most up-to-date version and she said I really don’t know. You would think that the people at Pit Boss would know what the current version of their own app is. Then I got transferred from her to a gentleman who said he was gonna call me back a few days later and guess what never got the call back once again horrible customer service from Pit Boss.

I don’t use those but some of the guys say uninstall and reinstall the app

Yeah I've called a ton and it's a shame I know more about the app then they do
