Just purchased a Titan and cannot get it to feed pellets to the chamber, seems like the auger just goes in reverse...anyone else have this issue?

Are you sure you don’t have a clog?
I’d take out the grates and damper then mash the primer button and see what happens
Hopefully this helps you

I went as far as completely removing the auger and unplugging the motor, still just spins the wrong direction

Have you checked the wiring harness to make sure it’s connected properly?
