On smoke only my pitt boss is not SMOKING the meat it is cooking it. Cooked off a pork tenderloin in 2 hrs at 300 and didn't generate smoke on smoke only..

Thanks Cowboy and I did use this chart. Set it on P0. It was all heat and hardy gor any smoke before it was almost over cooked..

usually have mine on P4 and it rolls smoke. Check that out and let me know if it works for you
