Whatever you decide to place inside
I’ve stuffed a duck , dove with vegetables or dressing in chickens or turkeys

What temp did you smoke? Skin looks really nice and crispy. I've done chicken but I have to be at 300ish or the skin is rubbery. I tried 225 once... And never bumped it up later in the cook.

I am going to attempt my first turkey on my KC Combo for Christmas. This week I'll be smoking a 7 pound Prime Rib. My mouth is already watering.
