So far, very disappointed. On my second smoke, only two hours in, the smoker just stops, and yes the hopper is full. No error message, nothing. Only the power light comes on, the rest of the panel is blank. PB850DX. Any ideas. Cant get anyone from Pit Boss to actually answer a phone.

I would imagine with the trade wars either Pit Boss will make stuff in America or just go out of business with their products not worth the money with 125% tariff.
