Turkey on Tailgator 10724?

Manual has recipe for 20 lb Turkey. Do you think this will really fit and smoke on my (smaller) tailgator PitBoss? I'd like to do one for Christmas.

At 340 sq.in., it should, but it may be tight. I'd spatchcock it to be sure. Halve it, if need be.

Specs say 256 sq in. Maybe your 340 includes rack. Wonder if turkey would fit with rack.
Wadda ya think?
Might have to go to 16 lb turkey?

This is Model PB150PPG .
I measured the grate. 13x14 =182. What kind of math is Pit Boss using? Again, specs CLEARLY say 256". Even addding 60 for the rack only makes 242. I watched YT Video. Guy had hard time fitting 2 cut up chickens (without the rack).
What the %^%^? I might have to go to a SMALL turkey!

Good thing I have a Charbroil Electric that will smoke at least THREE turkeys at same time! Mayge 4...even 5 if spatchcocked.

Not knocking Pit Boss. It's small but great becuase usually it's just me and my wife I'm cooking for, not our 14 person family...for Christmas.
