Unsweetened sauce recipe

I guess I’m just one of those people who do not like sweetened meat! And I don’t care for sweetened barbecue sauce either. Does anybody have a good recipe for a tomato based barbecue sauce that does not contain added sugars or sweeteners? I’m looking for something with a nice savory flavor, a little bit thick, with the only sweetness coming from the natural sugars in the tomato base.

Use vinegar to make it where it’s not so sweet

The Hughes sauce isn’t bad, but it is sweetened with sucralose. I’m really looking for a recipe that is unsweetened - no sugar, maple syrup, pineapple juice, or any other sweetener than the natural sugars in the tomatoes.

Look at this one and leave out the brown sugar
