Has anyone figured out how to fix the app with the updated controller? I had to delete my grill from my app and delete it because it is not set to the 10 degree increments and it kept messing everything up.
I contacted pit boss and of course they told me they have nothing to do with the app and I must contact Flame Tech. I didn’t even bother...why pay $600 for a grill and keep getting the run around...why should I have to contact another company to fix an issue with your grill.
still debating if I want to keep the grill.
