I ran across this article this morning (about a month late apparently).

Hopefully this means more money for R&D and customer service, and not a bunch of cost cutting. Even though some of us have the occasional issue, Pit Boss grills in general are solidly built and use good materials, especially at their price point.
I agree. There are alot of variables that can affect the performance of your cooker. Weather, humidity, temperature, cleanliness of your grill( I could go on but i won't). I think alot of times people blame pitboss for something that isn't actually their fault.
