I've got nothing good to say about Pit Boss. Buyer Beware! I purchased a Pit Boss Pellet/Gas Combo Grill on 09/27/2020 from Menardes. It came already assembled. First time I went to use the gas side, the middle knob on the gas burner would not turn off. Called and opened a warranty request. After several weeks, I received the wrong part. Pit Boss sent the valve and hose that goes from the propane tank to what I call the gas manifold with the 3 knobs / valves. I have called 8 times since November 16 to try and get the correct part. Each time it was a different agent. Each one said it was a special part not in the system and their supervisor would have to manually order it. He never did. After several more phone calls, on December 14 I received a voice message and an email from "Cody" saying he had "asked for an update on your part from our team and will make sure you are updated once I hear back." He never did. Left town for the holidays. When I returned there was no part that had been mailed. Emailed Cody for an update. His reply "Can you please provide a photo of the part you're needing? I want to make sure we have a clear understanding on what part we're referring to. Is it the gas cylinder wire retainer?" Worst customer service I've experienced in a long while. Going to Menardes tomorrow to see if I can return the grill for store credit and get another brand. Am letting everyone I know to stay clear of Pit Boss.
