To start, I apologize for a longish post. I bought the Pro Series Elite 6 Vertical from Lowes, assembled, over a month ago and it never turned on. It would give the splash screen and immediately turned off. Contacted Pit Boss and the sent me a new control board. Installed it and still nothing. Contacted Pit Boss again and they're sending me a new rapid igniter, thinking it may have been the issue. Unfortunately they're on backorder, with no end in sight. I'm getting close to the end of my return window with Lowes and this afternoon decided to try it 1 more time......and you guessed it, fired right up. I just finished the burn in. Anyone ever experience anything like this before?
