Wifi trouble

Hi everyone, recently bought a titan got it setup and everything seemed to be connected. So I started the burn out, then realized I needed butcher paper. On my way I found out I couldn't control pit at store. I've tried everything split my wifi bands and had a dedicated 2.4 band but it didn't want to connect. But when I don't split i can see espressif which is the pitboss connected to my router. Running connection tests and shows no problem. But I can only use when im near pit. I've cleared cache deleted app reinstall forget pit to my router reconnect and nothing is working. Now I'm screwed cuz I've already used the pit. Had someone figured this problem out?

That’s the reason I don’t have that option but there are guys in here that gave fixed them. Hopefully they’ll chime in

It may be the WiFi on your internet modem. I'm dealing with that very issue right now and I can see the WiFi signal light cycle on and off on the control panel of the PitBoss in sync with the wifi indicator on my phone dissappearing at the same moment. Plus my garage door opener is offline too. Had them send me a new unit and it worked great for about a week, then right back to flaky wifi signal again.
