how do I lube the tray to keep it from sticking? This Baptist is coming up with some new words

After I heat it up then let it cool off I use a grill brush to clean it then spray olive oil on it. Hopefully this helps youhow do I lube the tray to keep it from sticking? This Baptist is coming up with some new words
