🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

6 of us and mom will be taking the left overs back to the senior center
Great. We do similar with family dinners. Always prepare way more than needed, after setting a small portion aside let the family take home what they want. My wife's aunt, (in her 80s) lives alone and she appreciates her "doggie bags"

I have 2 racks of loins and a rack of St Louis on for my mom's birthday lunch. I'm using Killer hogs The BBQ Rub and Sticky Fingers memphis on the loins and making Tupelo honey garlic ribs with the St. Louis rackView attachment 2259

This is my goal. Going to take a bit of learning to get there.
I don't think we every stop learning. For me it was learning my 1600 and once I was comfortable with that I went on to finding flavor combinations that I like. Pellet flavor, rub, and sometimes sauce or glaze that work well together. I am always trying to find something different, or improve on recipes or flavors that I already know work for me.

Yea it’s a great hobby or whatever you want to call it.

Tried some smoked bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. Good stuff. Took all the seeds out, will chop and add some back in the cream cheese.
