Amen! Meatloaf is one of my favorites on the smoker.First smoke of the spring was a short, easy one. This was the first time I smoked a meatloaf - delicious! Thanks to everyone who has posted about doing this and inspiring me to try it. I'm not sure if I will enjoy an oven-baked meatloaf ever again.

It does look amazing. In reflection why do you think it was not as tender and not shredable?These look wonderful!
I did a cuck roast that simply wouldn't come to temp. I finally pulled it at internal 200 after 8 or 9 hours. (it was wrapped for several of those hours so didn't dry out). sadly it wasn't as tender as I think it should have been. Certainly not shreddable. Flavor was amazing with plowboys bovine bold though.
Love the cream and nuts idea , care to shareChicken thighs as main course. Tried a crisp skin with higher temps at the end. Decent but needs a bit more crisping.
Appetizers of smoked nuts and creamed cheese. The smoked cream cheese is a family favorite and thanks to @ANT0407 for pointing the way on that.

Smoked about 24hrs. At 225. It's tender and juicy! Best one yet.18lb brisket
