Ha ha, yeah, be awhile before I do my next brisket, but already doing a chili with the offcuts from the brisket, on the smoker. 3rd meal in 4 days of having the smoker, I love this thing. I just hope that I don't get fed up of the smoke flavour, by having it so much.Looks good! And now you first one is out of the way
