850 Aug error

Hi,
I have an 850 series and am getting an Aug error. I have gotten a new motor as the error popped without any blockage and the auger was free spinning. . Any ideas or help would be great?

If you’ve installed the new motor I’d lean towards a controller issue

Thanks. That’s what I’m thinking but before sitting on the phone for an hour or more with support. I wanted to make sure I’m not missing something.
