My PBV4PS2 had a bad controller when it was brand new, Pit Boss had me do a few diagnostics and confirmed it was bad. They ordered a new controller for me, and it took 5.5 months to arrive from China, this was at the start of covid19.
New controller has been fine ever since, Pit Boss probes I'll trust somewhat but not 100%.
