Auger/heating element - Pit Boss 800

[Impdaddy]

When pit boss 800 starts the auger continuously feeds pellets and seems to drown out heater so pellets don’t burn and whole ash pit fills up. Auger issue? Heating element issue. When it worked it was great but no good now

Turns out it was a stuck fan. No Fan nogo. Customer service was top notch. Thanks for your help
