Auger motor moves around

I have a Austin XL and when I was changing the fuse I noticed that the auger looked lose.
I can pickup on it and it s very very loose. I don’t think it should be like that.
Am I right?

On my Lockhart it is designed to "float" a little. A "torque" kind of a thing for when the auger gets a little sticky.
