I replaced the control board. Cleaned everything including the internal temperature gauge. It started fine and began the burn. But, the auger over fills the pot to the point that it can’t burn the pellets off????

Is it possible I have some wiring reversed?
Yes indeed
They’re color coordinated
Plus make sure they’re plugged in tight or it won’t operate correctly

I will tomorrow. Is there a simple color match. I thought I did it as it was originally..

My guess is that your fan and auger connections are reversed. There should be a wiring diagram in your instruction manual or somewhere on your hopper.
