Just got my first smoker (a Pit Boss Pro Series II 4 vertical smoker) a couple of months ago and I'm hooked! Started small (cream cheese) and just did my first brisket last weekend. A little learning curve on the brisket for next time, but it was still great. The smoker sits on my covered back porch and is awesome. Looking forwad to tips and tricks from you guys. I do have a chimney question that I will ask on a different post.
