Auger won't move - Pro Series 1077

My smoker (Pro Series 1077) just quit while smoking some meat, Customer service suggested I clean out the hopper, after I emptied the hopper vacuumed it out. I plugged up the grill and can't get the auger to move

It’s clogged somewhere
Possibly in the auger

It could be the pin from the motor to the auger.

This is mine from a few years ago. Haven’t had a problem with it since.
