I do on startup, I’m on my 8th or 9th use on my new one and it took 30 mins to hit 341 to 345. So I’m not sure if this is normal or not?

Yeah I just emailed pit boss. We cooked on it tonight and set it to 400 and it took 35 to get to 375 and never would go higher. So I’m not sure what is wrong. I’m on my 12 or more time using it.My father has the same grill. His gets up to temp in reasonable time. We cooked steaks on it last night and it got to 450 in about 20min. The first few cooks were slow though.
After the smoke clears on start up turn it to high and let it over shoot your desired temp by at least 50 degrees. It will learn faster that way. If that doesn work then it could be the temp probe in the grill or a bad board.
