Brunswick Err Ignitor

Brand new Brunswick vertical smoker, brand new forum member.
I used it once for ribs, no problem, although I need to work on getting more smoke.
Started to smoke a turkey yesterday. After about an hour I got an “Err” with the ignitor symbol flashing, and that repeated a few times. I finished the turkey in the oven.
Tried to run it empty this morning. It ran fine for start up and would stay going at 150 deg. When I increased the temperature setting to 250 deg, I got the ignitor ”Err” again after about 10 minutes.
Any advice on where I go from here?

Sounds like a controller issue to me.
My 820 did that after my initial burn.
Call pitboss support and they’ll send you one for free. Ask for some free rubs. They sent me a few containers for free for my troubles
