I don't have the...intestinal fortitude to grill in my garage. If I burned down the house my wife would get kinda ticked off at me.

Have you thought about putting in a counter (perhaps fold down) where you can do your wrapping? Or are you going to just bring it inside to wrap.

Two counter tops coming up, small on the right and a double sided possibly on the left, a couple barstools also.
I kinda make it up as I go, no plan here except the one in my head.

I just use the smoker or the Kamado in there, towards the front with the doors wide open.

I have a part of the yard I’ve been eyeing to turn into my cooking spot. Close enough for service but away from the maddening crowd during get togethers. Another to do thing.

Added an 8 inch shelf to the right side and a 15 inch counter top to the left side.
Next will be to install some low voltage lighting.
and maybe a bonsai tree.

My only suggestion is to add a tank cover to your Genesis. about $12 on amazon.
