Can you smoke a pot roast?

I just picked up a beautiful 6-pound pot roast. Like you guys, I've smoked almost everything, but never a pot roast.

I'm sure it can be done, but would like some suggestions so I don't kill it

I like to smoke bottom round roasts, 225 degrees until I get an internal temperature of 135 degrees for a medium, I use Montreal Steak seasoning.

Have done it several times with varying results. It’s my “poor man’s brisket” because I’m too cheap to buy a real brisket. Afraid of messing it up. I’ve done chuck roast several times and only one was dried out. The other turned out very good. Wrapped in butcher paper at the stall.
