Cannot set odd number temps

Maybe I just have zero clue but I cannot set the temp to my new grill (Pro Series 1150) to any odd number. Only even numbers and in increments of 10 only. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set the temp to 225. Why can I not adjust temps in increments of one? Or can I, and I just can't figure it out? Overall the grill seems to work great but I want to set the exact temps I want.

It's in 10 deg increments, there is no single or five deg settings.
