Christmas Brisket

Exactly what happened to my ribs the other night. I thought there wasn't going to be enough smoke. So I didn't wrap them til later than normal, and they had too much smoke...

Is there a such thing as to much smoke..... just playing

Sounds like the kinda luck I have. At least you have options.

yea but the original controller is not a great option, but it will work. Plus my Prime Rib came out beautifully on my Yoder.

The brisket came out a little over cooked... but smoked almost too much however still very tasty everyone loved it!

practice makes perfect you get the hang of it, but I am not a brisket guy so there is plenty of members here that cook them.
