Welcome to the group. Checked both my manuals and there is nothing about L02 even though I don't have your model. I agree with Mike about calling customer service. Did you try the old electronic standby of pulling the plug for a few seconds and then replugging...Sort of a reset. Good luck.
Did a google lookup on L02 which claims it is just programming codes, not errors and will go away quickly. The grill is still working fine according to the article.
