Yep I was on hold for 47 minutes twice. At 47 minutes you get disconnected.

On the pit Boss homepage there is a link at the bottom of the page for live chat. Sometimes it's grayed out and you can't click on it, but when you can, I have had good success with it, without the long wait times.
