New to smoking just bought my first smoker. Quick question do you just run the meat probe between door and unit?

I don't know about yours but my comp series has a hole with a rubber grommet in to pass them through.

Ah thank you I thought it would and after further searching I see 2 holes on either corner on bottom of door.thankbyou again.

Welcome! Glad you found the holes. I have run many temp probes under the door. Works fine. Use the holes.
